Risk passes to you on delivery. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees, and we are not liable for carrier delays outside our control.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We do not exclude liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without affecting any consumer protection rights you have under the law of your own country of residence.
